Aunt C's Birthday Party

Happy _ _ Birthday Aunt "C"!! I will not reveal her age because she would most definitely kill me but if anybody wants to know, you can email me. Just kidding Aunt C. We had a party for Cindy at Mom's house and we all had a great time. It was nice to do something for someone who is always doing for others. Ok all I did was make a dip but you get the point. The credit goes to my Mom who of course did all the work. It was beautiful and we hope Aunt C had a wonderful time as well. Here are some pictures from the party.

Little David got some water guns and was pretty much set for the whole day........

Until he discovered the water hose. Who needs water guns, you have to refill those things......a hose is never ending water. Well until someone shuts if off.

Eating in my high chair

Here are some pictures of Carlysle sitting in her highchair for the first time to eat her vegetables. She does love her chair although not all of the pictures represent that love....

Bathtime with Daddy

It is becoming more difficult to bath Carlysle because she is outgrowing her baby tub but we don't quite trust her in the big tub yet. So sometimes we get in the bath with her because really she is easier to hold and it gives her a chance to actually play with her bath toys. Normally, we stick her in tub wash her quickly, hose her down and out she goes never even having a chance to put those delicious looking toys into her mouth. Here are some pictures of her enjoying bathtime with her daddy. Don't worry he is wearing swim trunks but no shirt so please shield the eyes of any young children that may be around.

Joey's Presentation

Please hold your calls to DSS.....

I promise these photos were taken to add some humor to a presentation that Joey had to do for work. He had to pick a topic and give a talk to fellow residents and attendings. He chose "Toxicology". In the past, other residents have added pictures of their family in their presentations (I suspect to keep everyone awake and interested). So we thought it would be funny to not only include pictures of Carlysle but to have pictures of her surrounded by medicine bottles....since he would be discussing the dangers of children ingesting harmful household chemicals and medicines.

Note: No children were harmed in the making of this presentation.

Visit to Cypress

These are pictures from one of our trips to BeeGee and Papa's house. Carlysle loves riding around outside in her "big girl" stroller.
